Note: The National Kidney Foundation, in partnership with Beverly Hospital, will conduct this free screening for people at increased risk for kidney disease. Medical professionals will collect blood and urine samples from those who require further testing. A physician will be onsite to review results with participants. Note: Registered nurses from Ambulatory Services at Addison Gilbert Hospital are available two hours a month to assist with the distribution of medication cards listing all medications taken by participants and to assist with making certain the medications cards are accurate and up-to-date. The nurses are available to answer questions regarding medications, possible drug interactions and provide a free blood pressure screening.
